I Rajkumari Rajeshwari D/o Late Shri Raja Anand Chand of Bilaspur (H.P.) residing at Diara Janta Sector No. 1 Bilaspur (H.P.) declare this to be my will. I here be bequeath all my movable property to Shri Ramvilas Gupta S/o Shri Madho Ram Gupta village Baipur Devkali Gagjipur U.P. Varanasi and all my immovable property to State of Himachal-Pradesh. The State of Himachal-Pradesh shall operate an old Age Home - Home for blinds - orphanage, on the property and shall under no circumstances dispose off the property or put it to any use determined to the State of Himachal-Pradesh. Any revenue generated from the property shall be utilise for the upkeep of the property and the welfare of old Age Home - For blinds and orphnage only. I here by appoint Raja Virbhadra Singh s/o Late Raja Padam Singh resident of Holly Lodge Shimla to be the executor of this will. I also direct my executor to pay the estate duty and other dues in the first instance at the time of my death. The legacies shall be distributed only after all my debts, taxes and other dues are first paid of by the executor. I have grown old + make this will out of my free will, and not under any undue influence of coerced and in a proper state of mind. I have done so to avoid any dispute over my property after my death. I further direct my executor that on my demise my mortal remains be cremated at the township of Bilaspur in Himachal-Pradesh on the bank of Satluj River and all the connected Ceremonies be performed by Shri Sukhwant Gupta or Shri Ramvilas Gupta jee who are residing with me. I further clear in my will that except my real brother Kanwar Kirti Chand will even touch my body after my death. This is my first and last will hand written my self. In witness where of I the said Rajkumari Rajeshwari D/o Late Shri Raja Anand Chand of Bilaspur (Himachal-Pradesh) put my signature to this will on the 9th of November 2004 at my residence at Bilaspur (H.P.)
